ORDINANCE NO. 5159-70 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />AND NORTHERN ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF <br />LIGHTING IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,556,00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water Works <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Northern Electric Construction <br />Co., Inc. of South Bend, Indiana, on the 2nd day of February 1970, <br />pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids as the installation of <br />said lighting is needed in the operation of said Water Works, in the <br />total amount not to exceed $4,556 is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br />1st & 2 9d R1.
