ORDINANCE NO. 5276 -71 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND DON MEDOW MOTORS OF MISHAWAKA, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO 1971 HORNETS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,987.86. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater Treatment Plant of South Bend, Indiana and Don Medow Motors of Mish- awaka, Indiana, on the 16th day of February 1971, pursuant to adver- tising and receipt of bids for the purchase of two 1971 Hornets in the amount of $3,987.86, is hereby approved and confirmed.
