• President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) presently the Director. • Engagement Director(s)— Client Services to help recruit tenants, clients and projects to the park and provide ongoing counsel to tenants as their venture progresses. • Engagement Director — Private Sector to interface-with third party business and domain thought leaders and equity capital sources (angels, VC, PEG). • Interactive Marketing Manager to manage marketing activities and to assist in fundraising activities. • Facility Administrator /Coordinator to service tenant/client facility needs. The projected annual salaries for the positions indicated above are estimated to be as follows: Park Administration (CEO, two Engagement Directors, Marketing Manager, Facilities Manager and Sr. Administrative Assistant) approximately $550,000, to be employees of the University of Notre Dame. 4 to 6 tenants, with an average of 3 employees each (approximately $150,000 total salaries per tenant), which would compute to an estimated range of approximately $600,000 to $900,000. Total Salaries, therefore, are estimated to be in the approximate range of $1,150,000 to $1,450,000 after Phase I has been completed, fully developed and occupied. As mentioned above, the tenant base for Buildings B, C and D is expected to be the same general mix of clients as found in Building A, and therefore, the estimated employment figures and annual salaries for Phase I through Phase IV of the development would be a minimum of 17 employees with approximate annual salaries of $1,150,000 to a maximum of 77 employees (after project completion) with approximate annual salaries of $4,150,000 (after project completion). Given the nature of this development, these are merely estimated ranges of wages that would be paid under one future scenario, involving the full occupancy of Phase I.
