Unlike other university -based research parks, most full -time <br />employees of the IP @ND should have prior entrepreneurial experience, enabling them to more <br />readily understand and respond to the anticipated tenant needs. Other skill sets may well include <br />those with former faculty experience to help guide the process through channels. Wherever <br />possible, the IP @ND will seek to utilize current undergraduate students and graduates to handle <br />routine duties, allowing the more experienced full -time staff to focus on recruiting and <br />counseling new tenants and clients in their efforts to advance their particular ventures. The <br />staffing of the Innovation Park at Notre Dame will reflect the anticipated services to be provided <br />to tenants and clients. <br />Initial full -time staffing of the IP @ND is expected to include: <br />Page 20 of 23 <br />
