f) This ordinance shall not apply to regular <br />Policemen and firemen. Annual vacations for policemen and <br />firemen shall be established each year by agreement between <br />the Board of Public Works and Safety and representatives of <br />such employees but shall be made as nearly equivalent to <br />those established by this ordinance as possible, having due <br />regard to the special employment conditions existing in <br />their respective departments. <br />SECTION II.
