thence continuing West along the South boundary line of the Grand Trunk Railway, 86 feet; thence South and parallel to the East line of Section 7, 133.45 feet; thence East and parallel to the South boundary line of said railway 86 feet, to a point on the East line of said Section 7; thence North along the East line of Section 7, 133.45 feet to the point of beginning. (This totals approximately 11,476 sq. ft. from the N.E. corner of the present POTAWATOMI PARK) That the said property shall not be sold until the same has been appraised by three (3) disinterested freeholders of the City appointed by the Judge of the Circuit Court of St. Joseph County, and such sale shall be for not less than the sum of such appraisement. Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approvsl by the Mayor and legal publication.
