ORDINANCE NO. 5261 -71 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1971 TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 208 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1965. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. For the payment of the cost of maintenance, operation, repair and all other incidental costs and expenses in the operation of mechanical parking devices for the year 1971 the following sums are hereby appropriated: PARKING METER FUND ACCOUNT NO.
