IND. 46621 <br />AREA 219 264 -9251 <br />January 6, 1971 <br />Memo to: Members of the Common Council <br />Subject: Ordinance appropriating $150,000.00 to Clyde <br />Creek Water Detention Basin <br />In November, 1970, in order to expedite the construction of <br />Lagoon "K ", we requested the transfer by Resolution of $150,000 <br />from the Sampson /Randolph Streets area (Clyde Creek) Project III <br />Fund to Lagoon "K" Project I Fund. <br />It was understood at that time that we would reimburse the <br />Sampson /Randolph Project with an appropriation from the Cumula- <br />tive Sewer Building and Sinking Fund.
