That the sum of $150,000,00 be appropri- <br />ated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for <br />the project and in the amount set forth below: <br />Project III -- Sampson and Randolph Street <br />Storm Water Detention Basin ( #3) $150,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
