BOUWR BENāž¢, INDIANA 4W1 <br />(919) T 4571 <br />November 5, 1970 <br />The attached zoning ordinance originated by the <br />Area Plan Commission to rezone recently annexed land <br />was legally advertised on October 10 and 17, 1970, and <br />was given public hearing on October 20, 1970. The <br />following action was taken at that hearing by the Area <br />Plan Commission: <br />After due consideration, Dwight Miller made a <br />motion, seconded by Mr. Bowers, that this petition <br />for zoning be recommended favorably to the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend.
