He reported that mowing is ongoing. <br />3. Bleachers are being moved in from various locations to Belleville for the Olympic Softball <br />exhibition. <br />4. A large amount of time has been dedicated to removal of graffiti removal in a number of <br />parks. <br />5. The splash pads and pools are running with the exception of O’Brien. It is being repaired <br />and will be open tomorrow. <br />6. The East Race is open as of last Saturday. <br />7. The new playground at King Center will be complete tomorrow. The installation company <br />will then move to Potawatomi Park for the playground installation there. <br /> <br /> <br />XII.Comments by the Director of Marketing & Promotions <br /> <br /> <br />1.Mr. Payton gave an update on the website. It will be redesigned to make it more effective <br />for the user. <br /> <br />2.Marketing is working on a number of events for the department.
