ORDINANCE s Sa a- 13 <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT FAl - 370 <br />"OTHER SUPPLIES" WITHIN THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE <br />GRANT PROGRAM FA1 "MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY ", AND <br />TRANSFERRING $10,000400 FROM ACCOUNT FA1 - 440 <br />"SALT", BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE FEDERAL <br />ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FA1 "MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY" <br />OF THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing budget for the Federal Assistance Program FA1 <br />"Motor Vehicle Highway ", so that it is now necessary to create a new <br />account FA1 - 370 "Other Supplies" in order to assure that Department's <br />ability to properly perform its functions, and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in the Federal Assistance Grant Program <br />FA1 "Motor Vehicle Highway" Account FA1 - 440 "Salt" which is not presently <br />needed and which may be transferred to the new Account FA1 - 370 "Other <br />Supplies ", <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend: <br />SECTION I.
