ORDINANCE NO. S S b 9- 73 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 ARTICLE 5 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, 1971, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION, <br />SECTION 20 -58.1 FOR THE DISPOSITION OF NON- MOVING <br />TRAFFIC VIOLATION FEES. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 20 of the Code of South Bend, Indiana, 1971, <br />is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following new Section: <br />"Sec. 20 -58.1 Fees" <br />Disposition. <br />"All fees collected for parking and other non - moving <br />violations under this Chapter 20, the disposition of <br />which is not otherwise specifically provided for by <br />law, shall be deposited in the special fund provided <br />for by IC 1971, 18- 6 -13 -1 et seq. (Burns' Stat. Secs. <br />48 -519 et seq.), and shall be appropriated and dis- <br />bursed therefrom in the same manner as license fees <br />and funds received from the parking meters." <br />SECTION II.
