ORDINANCE NO. SCo 8a 7 y AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $5,599.93 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. WHEREAS, the Cambridge Drive Local Sewer has been constructed pursuant to a contract between Bradberry Brothers Construction Company, Incorporated, and the Civil City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the amount of $5,599.93, for its 505,o' portion of this Barrett Law Project; and WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the city's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $5,599.93 be appropriated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project and in the amount set forth below: Cambridge Drive Sanitary Sewer Project $5,599.93 SECTION II.
