S 4 G '7 -') '] AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $115,500.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public Works to administer certain Public Works programs and to ensure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1974, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $115,500.00 is hereby appropriated for the year of 1974 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public Works and will be distributed as set forth below: Program FA57 "Public Works Construction Projects" Account Description Amount Services 260.0 Other Contractual Serv. $115,500.00 Contractual Total FA57 $115,500.00 SECTION II.
