(c) All city -owned vehicles shall have the name <br />of the city department or bureau and an identifying number, <br />of not less than five inches in height, inscribed on the <br />front doors and rear of said vehicles. Said number shall be <br />included in the report under paragraph (a) 7 of this section. <br />Every city -owned vehicle shall have its own number which shall <br />not be used by any other city -owned vehicle at the same time. <br />Any other markings may be made which are deemed appropriate by <br />the proper city department. <br />(d) The first sentence of paragraph (c) of this <br />section shall not apply to the Mayor's vehicle and to police <br />vehicles deemed to be used as unmarked vehicles and designated <br />as such by the Chief of Police. <br />SECTION II.
