Sypn ewski <br />Financial Manager <br />South Bend Bureau of <br />Police <br />701 West Sample Street <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />46621 <br />This emergency appropriation is necessary at, this time due to <br />the following: <br />Account P -262 has gone into a deficit balance in the amount <br />of $2241.41. <br />We have in -house claims in excess of the amount of $600.00, <br />There is a contingent liability of $1,300.00, on one claim, which <br />needs to be resolved by the City Attorney's Office. <br />We therefore request that this transfer be made in lieu of <br />insurance settlements in excess of $2,000.00. <br />The transfer necessary at this time is $3,000.00 from P -12 to P -262. <br />CC: Patrick Gallagher <br />Chief R.
