ORDINANCE NO. 5 5- 7�4 -73 AN ORDINANCE FOx AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF $12,000.00 FROM ACCOUNT #11, SERVICES PERSONAL TO ACCOUNTS #221, SERVICES CONTRACTUAL, ELECTRIC CURRENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00; ACCOUNT #2519 SERVICES CONTRACTUAL, REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES $2,000.00; AND ACCOUNT #252, SERVICES CONTRACTUAL, REPAIRS TO EQUIPMENT $5,000.00; ALL IN THE GENERAL PARK FUND WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of the Department of Public Parks to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that account #11, Services Personal, in the Park General Fund has more money than is needed at this time. INDIANA: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, Section I. That the sum of $12,000.00 be transferred from Account #11, Services Personal and appropriated to Account #221, Services Contractual, Electric Current in the amount of $59000.00; Account #251, Services Contractual, Repairs to Buildings & Structures in the amount of $2,000.00; and Account #252, Services Contractual, Repairs to Equipment $5,000.00. Section II.
