ORDINANCE NO. 5-6 3 /-,? 4/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,991.27 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS LAW <br />ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF LAW. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Law to administer certain law enforcement programs and to insure the Department's <br />ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1974. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $5,991.27 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year of 1974 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as <br />the General Revenue Sharing Funds.
