ORDINANCE NO. S 7 7 <! - 7 Al <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $5,000.00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT Q -110.0 "SERVICE PERSONAL" TO ACCOUNT <br />Q -430.0 "REPAIR PARTS" BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING <br />WITHIN THE FIRE - DEPARTMENT BUDGET OF THE <br />GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds <br />viously appropriated for a certain <br />partment Budget; and <br />are required over those pre - <br />account within the fire de- <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it <br />is not presently needed. This surplus is shown more specifically <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />$5,000.00 in Account Q -110.0 "Service Personal." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE•IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. That the Account Q -110.0 "Service personal" <br />be reduced by $5,000.00, and this amount be appropriated and <br />transferred as follows: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />Q -430.0 "Repair Parts" $5,000 <br />SECTION II.
