(Indiana and Michigan Electric Company, Inc.) to zone from "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area, to "D" Light Industrial, "A" Height and Area, property located at the northeast corner of Bendix Drive and Lathrop Street,City of South Bend. Gentlemen: The attached rezoning petition of Hartman Builders, Inc. (Indiana and Michigan Electric Company, Inc.) was legally advertised October 5, and October 12, 1974. The Area Plan Commission gave it a public hearing October 15, 1974, at which time the following action was taken: "Upon a motion by Kenneth Woods being seconded by Joseph Simeri, and carried with Frank Miles abstaining, the petition of Hartman Builders, Inc. FILED IN CLERK'S OFFICE (Indiana and Michigan Electric Company, Inc.) to zone from "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area, to "D" Light Industrial, "A" Height and Area, property OCT 16 1974 located at the northeast corner of Bendix Drive and Lathrop Street, City of South Bend, is favorably recommended to the Common Council, by the Area Plan Irene Gammon Commission."
