ORDINANCE NO. 5-?3,3--2'1 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW ACCOUNT <br />#726.0 "OTHER EQUIPMENT" AND TRANSFERRING <br />$7, 000.00 FROM ACCOUNT #261 "OTHER <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES" TO THIS NEW ACCOUNT, <br />BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN PROGRAM FA27 IN <br />THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND, OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing budget for the Federal Assistance Program FA27, <br />"Rum Village Nature Education Center ", so that it is now necessary to appropriate <br />more money than was appropriated in the original budget for the various functions <br />of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to establish a new account <br />#726.0 "Other Equipment" within the Federal Assistance Program FA27 "Rum <br />Village Nature Center" to assure that departments ability to properly perform <br />its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in Account #261.0 "Other Contractual <br />Services" which is not presently needed: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. That the sum of $7, 000.00 be transferred from <br />Account 261.0 "Other Contractual Services" to Account 726.0 "Other Equipment" <br />both in Program FA27, Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. <br />Section II.
