ORDINANCE NO. 57a 3 -.9 q <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$13,456.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br />WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed <br />outlining certain sanitary sewer projects; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for engineering <br />surveys, plans, estimates and specifications for said project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund has been established. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $13,456.00 be appropria- <br />ted from the Cumu at—T ive Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project and in the amount set forth below: <br />Project: - Portage Gardens and Linden Avenue Trunk <br />Sanitary Sewers <br />Engineering Cost - $13;456:00 <br />SECTION II.
