Tantmittu Ieport <br />cln 14e Tommon Tounril of Of ( 4 of OvW4 Irnd: <br />Your Committee of the Whole <br />to whom was referred <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 15 -16 OF <br />THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should be <br />recommended favorably to the Common Council, as amended: <br />Mileage rates be amended as follows: Seventy -five Cents <br />($0.75) for the first one -fifth (1/5) of a mile or fraction <br />thereof; thereafter, Ten Cents ($0.10) for each additional <br />one -fifth (1/5) of a mile or fraction thereof. <br />Effective date of the ordinance be amended to read <br />September 1, 1974. <br />Odell Newburn <br />Chairman <br />FLIL FPELL FU9L1lNIMO CO. <br />
