SECTION 4. In addition to the foregoing annual pay, <br />the officers and members of the Police Department shall receive <br />compensation for extra duty and special performance as follows: <br />(a) For time spent in court appearances and overtime <br />work, as determined by the Chief of Police, $5.00 per hour. <br />(b) For personnel required to work on legal holidays, <br />$32.00 per holiday worked; this shall apply to the following eleven <br />holidays and no others: <br />New Year's Day Labor Day <br />Lincoln's Birthday Columbus Day <br />Washington's Birthday Veteran's Day <br />Good Friday Thanksgiving <br />Memorial Day Christmas <br />Fourth of July <br />(c) For night incentive and hazard pay, $240.00 per <br />year. <br />SECTIONS.
