t'ttachment A <br />AGENCY PERSONNEL <br />TRICIA_ M, ALLEN joined the Youth Services Bureau in September, 1973. She <br />has a bachelor of arts in psychology from Denison University. She has <br />the largest caseload on the staff, and has the ability to relate very <br />well with female /male and black /white cases. She is very skilled in <br />group activities. She is very enthusiastic about her work and bought <br />a van to facilitate it. <br />MARY C. KUNZER is the newest member of our staff, beginning employment id <br />October. She received a bachelor of science in nursing degree from the ,. <br />University of Iowa and a Master of Science degree in Psychiatric - Community <br />Mental Health Nursing from the University of Illinois. She has proven to <br />be a valuable addition to the staff in areas of health related and <br />emotional problems in addition to family therapy and regular counseling. <br />EARLE MILLS joined the staff in August. He has had previous experience <br />working in another Youth Services Bureau. Earle received his bachelor <br />of?sc(ence'degree in behavioral science from Andrews University. Earle <br />has had a great deal of experience with youth and spent two summers at <br />youth camps. <br />iINDA MITCHELL holds a degree in social work. She received her degree <br />front Central State University. She joined the staff in April of 1974. <br />She exhlizits a high degree of skill with inter - personal relations and <br />because of,:her fine work in the School Service Coordinator program, she <br />has taken on the responsibility of liaison to the various schools <br />paCticipating'in the program. <br />REBECCA OSTHIMER has been with the Youth Services Bureau since June, 1972. <br />She recel'Ved a bachelors degree in elementary education from Indiana Univ- <br />ersity, She will soon receive her masters in counseling and guldanee from <br />Indiana University at South Bend. Becky has a great deal of experti {e <br />in handling her cases. She also works with other agencies well. She has, <br />extensive background in alcohol and drug problems as well as peer counseling. <br />All of the YSB caseworkers have been given opportunities to increase their <br />knowledge of the field of social work through periodic participation in <br />workshops, seminars, and conferences. Our staff has participated in the <br />monthly Seminar on Alcoholism, the National Symposium on Child Abuse, <br />Indiana Correctional Association annual conferences, Congress for <br />Recreation and Parks, Workshops on Values Clarification, Summer Therapeutic <br />Recreation Institute, National Institute on Crime and Delinquency, Nation- <br />al Conference on Juvenile Justice, Conferences on Drug Abuse, Reality <br />Therapy Seminar, Seminar on Transactional Analysis, Employment of the <br />Disadvantaged Conference, and many others. <br />
