Stancati <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for the Cleaning and Painting of the 250,000 Gallon <br />Water Storage Tank <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council which will approve one Contract for the cleaning and painting of <br />the 250,000 gallon water storage tank located on South Fellows Street. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of <br />Indiana and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to Ohio <br />Valley Elevated Water Tank Corp. of Henderson, Kentucky by the Board of <br />Water Works Commissioners on the 3rd day of May, 1976, as being the <br />lowest and best bid <br />Enclosure <br />Total net amount of the purchase is $4,500.00. <br />John F.
