ORDINANCE NO. S ?SI3 -2 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AND OHIO VALLEY ELEVATED WATER TANK CORP. OF <br />HENDERSON, KENTUCKY FOR THE CLEANING AND PAINTING <br />OF THE 250,000 GALLON WATER STORAGE TANK LOCATED ON <br />SOUTH FELLOWS STREET IN SOUTH BEND, INDIANA IN THE <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF $4,500.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water <br />of South Bend, Indiana and Ohio Valley Elevated Water Tank Corp. of <br />Henderson, Kentucky on the 3rd day of May, pursuant to advertising and <br />receipt of bids as the purchase of same is required in the operation of <br />the Bureau of Water, in a total quantity and a total cost not to exceed <br />the quantity and cost itemized for each classification in the amount of <br />$4,500.00. <br />Cleaning and Painting of Water Storage Tank - $4,500.00 <br />SECTION II.
