Stancati <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />May 5, 1976 <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for the Purchase of Motor Vehicles <br />L�1131.UT /04/ <br />LU z <br />LUQ <br />a <br />/NDIANP <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council which will approve one Contract for the purchase of motor vehicles. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana <br />and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to (1.) Gates <br />Chevrolet Corp., South Bend, Indiana, and (2.) Basney Ford of South Bend, <br />South Bend, Indiana, by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the <br />3rd day of May, 1976, as being the lowest and best bids.
