ORDINANCE NO. .S—y�Y;? -7 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND; (1.) GATES CHEVROLET CORP., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND; (2.) BASNEY FORD OF SOUTH BEND, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $26,211.81. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of South Bend, Indiana, and; (1.) Gates Chevrolet Corp., South Bend, Indiana, and; (2.) Basney Ford of South Bend, South Bend, Indiana on the 3rd day of May, pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids as the purchase of same is required in the operation of the Bureau of Water, in a total quantity and a total cost not to exceed the quantity and cost itemized for each classification in the amount of $26,211.81, is hereby approved and confirmed: 1.
