ORDINANCE NO. STq -7 ct -2 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF <br />$7, 000.00 FROM ACCOUNT 110.0 SALARIES AND <br />WAGES, REGULARJO ACCOUNT 722.0 MOTOR <br />EQUIPMENT, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN <br />THE BUREAU OF STREETS BUDGET, IN THE <br />MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing budget for the Bureau of Streets, so that <br />it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the original budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for certain accounts <br />within the Bureau of Streets to assure that department's ability to properly <br />perform its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, funds exist in various accounts of the Bureau of <br />Streets, which are not presently needed: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I.
