ORDINANCE NO. S-q S y - -) 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING$ 35,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL <br />ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING, FOR VARIOUS FIRE EQUIPMENT, TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF FIRE <br />SAFETY. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Fire <br />Protection to insure the Department's ability to properly perform <br />its functions during the year of 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $35,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the yearroo X976 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
