(9ammiifrr Irport <br />00 tke fIIouuuou Toumil of ilie Tug of 0OV4 4 stub: <br />Your Committee of the Whole <br />to whom was referred <br />An ORDINANCE transferring the sum of $24,252.00 <br />from Account #110.0 within the Department of <br />Safety budget to Account #110.0 "Salaries and <br />Wages ", within the Mayor's budget, all Accounts <br />being within the General Fund, of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />RespeaMly report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should be <br />recommended favorably to the Common Council, as amended: <br />Section III should become Section IV, and a new Section <br />III be inserted to read: <br />Each member of the Board of Safety shall be <br />compensated at the rate of $1,200, as provided <br />by law. <br />Change $24,252 to $20,652 throughout ordinance. <br />$3,600 will stay in Department of Safety Budget <br />Frank Horvath <br />Chairman <br />'... ..... ............ <br />
