ORDINANCE N0. 9 (-�- -7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,191.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS LAW <br />ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF LAW. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department <br />of Law to administer certain law enforcement programs and to insure <br />the department's ability to properly perform its functions during <br />the year of 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $7,191.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year of 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This <br />appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Law and <br />will be distributed as set forth below: <br />Program FA 97 "Deputy City Attorney" <br />Account Description Amount <br />Services Personal 110.0 Salaries $6,041.00 <br />Total Services Personal: 6,041.00 <br />Current Obligations 620.0 FICA $ 354.00 <br />630.0 PERF 436.00 <br />640.0 Insurance 360.00 <br />Total Current Obligations: $1,150.00 <br />TOTAL FA 97: $7,191.00 <br />SECTION II.
