ORDINANCE NO.5943 -76 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,191.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS LAW <br />ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF LAW. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department <br />of Law to administer certain law enforcement programs and to insure <br />the department's ability to properly perform its functions during <br />the year of 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $7,191.00 is hereby <br />appropriated o the year of 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
