ORDINANCE NO. (oQ 7 7(c <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $28,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR REPAIRS <br />AND RENOVATION OF A PORTION OF THE RETAINING WALL <br />ALONG THE ST. JOSEPH RIVER TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, the retaining wall along the east side of the St. Joseph <br />River, from Colfax Avenue up River to the South Bend Dam, is in a state <br />of serious disrepair and needs corrective action. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $28,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the <br />year 1976 from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund. This appropriation <br />is to be administered by the Department of Public Works and will be distri- <br />buted as set forth below: <br />ACCOUNT AMOUNT <br />Other Contractuals 260.0 $28,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
