ORDINANCE NO. 6046 -76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $41,864.28 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the Crest Manor and Homeland Sanitary Sewers have been constructed pursuant to Barrett Law resolutions filed with the Board of Public Works, and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed as follows in Section II for its 50% share of the project costs, and WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay thecity's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $41,864.28 be appropriated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the projects and in the amounts as set forth below: Crest Manor Sanitary Sewer $17,234.18 Homeland Sanitary Sewer 24,630.10 Total Assessment 41,864.28 SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements.
