ORDINANCE NO.+�� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $36,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC <br />SAFETY PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE BUREAU OF SUBSTANDARD <br />BUILDINGS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Sub- <br />standard Buildings to administer certain public safety programs <br />and to ensure the department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions during the year 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $36,000.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue <br />Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to <br />be administered by the Bureau of Substandard <br />Buildings and will be distributed as set forth <br />below: <br />PROGRAM FA 111 "SUBSTANDARD BUILDINGS DEMO" <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />260.0 Contractual Services $36,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 111 $36,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
