UJ <br />a <br />/NDIA0 <br />There will be presented for your consideration, on Sept- <br />ember 12, 1976, the first reading of an ordinance appro- <br />priating $5,000.00 from Revenue Sharing. <br />219/284 -9742 <br />As you are all aware, the city is faced with an extreme <br />health problem caused by an excessive population of rats <br />in the LaSalle Park area and in certain other areas of the <br />city. <br />The city, in cooperation with the St. Joseph County Health <br />Department, is undertaking a major clean -up and extermin- <br />ation project in this area to try to solve this problem <br />before it gets out of hand. <br />Your favorable consideration of this ordinance will be <br />greatly appreciated. <br />
