ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE BUREAU OF <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Environ- <br />mental Control, to ensure the department's ability to properly per- <br />form its functions during the year 1976, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION S. That the sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year of 1976 from the Federal Assistance <br />Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue <br />Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be admini- <br />stered through the Bureau of Environmental Control <br />and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 109 "VARMINT CONTROL" <br />Account Description Amount <br />Contractual 260.0 Other Contractual Service $5,000.00 <br />Total FA 109 $5,000.00 <br />SECTION TI.
