Contract Procedure <br />All work must be completed within a reasonable period of time. <br />After each stage of rehabilitation, an inspection shall be made by <br />the staff inspectors to determine whether the work is satisfactory <br />or not. Money for further work may be withheld until previous work <br />has been approved. Once rehabilitation has been completed and has <br />received a final inspection a final payment of the remainder of the <br />grant account shall be paid to the non - profit group. Money remain- <br />ing in the account after final inspection shall belong to the non- <br />profit group, for further housing rehabilitating. If it is not used <br />within one'year it will revert back to the Community Development Pro- <br />gram. <br />
