Indiana as <br />hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, the <br />following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at the square block <br />bounded by Portage Avenue, Kinyon Street, Anderson Avenue, and <br />Bulla Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by LaSalle, Inc., an Indiana corporation <br />which is an affiliate of The National Bank and Trust Company of <br />South Bend, a national banking association. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Lots numbered 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, <br />17, 18, 19, and 20, all as shown on the Recorded <br />Plat of Morris Park Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, recorded June 21, 1906, in Plat Book 9, Page <br />40, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana. <br />
