Stancati <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />June 14, 1976 <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of One Model GRR 160S Air Compressor <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council which will approve one Contract for the purchase of a Model GRR 1605 <br />Air Compressor. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of <br />Indiana and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to A. H. Choitz, <br />Inc., South Bend, Indiana by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the <br />7th day of June, 1976.
