ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND A. H. CHOITZ, INC., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODEL GRR 1605 AIR COMPRESSOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,608.00. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of the City of.South Bend, Indiana and A. H. Choitz, Inc., South Bend, Indiana, on the 7th day of June, 1976, pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of a Model GRR 160S Air Compressor, in the amount of $4,608.00, is hereby approved and confirmed. SECTION II.
