ORDINANCE N0. L/ 6 a - 7 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,000.00 FROM THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND, FOR VARIOUS <br />PUBLIC PARK PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC PARKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public <br />Parks to administer certain public park programs and to insure the de- <br />partment's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 1977 from the Community Development Grant Fund. This appropriation <br />is to be administered by the Department of Public Parks and will be dis- <br />tributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM CD -76 -410 <br />Account Description Amount <br />441.0 Purchase of trees and supplies $5,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
