ORDINANCE NO. 6131 -77 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $43,394.00 FROM THE ANTI - RECESSION FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS COUNTER - CYCLICAL GRANT, FOR VARIOUS ADMINI- STRATIVE PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to administer certain programs and to insure the city's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1977. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $43,394.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1977 from the Anti - Recession Fund, commonly known as the Counter - Cyclical Grant. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be dis- tributed as set forth below: PROGRAM AR -1 "ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT" ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 110.0 Environmental Coordinator $ 8,516.00 (3) Env. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements for emergency appropriation.
