ORDINANCE NO. lc126_27 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000.00 <br />FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT <br />COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING, FOR HEALTH SERVICES TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Human Resources to ensure the Department's ability to properly <br />perform its function during 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appro- <br />priated -for the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance <br />Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing <br />Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the <br />Department of Human Resources and will be distributed <br />as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 124 <br />DELOS HOUSE <br />Account Description Amount <br />260.0 Other Contractuals $50,000.00 <br />Total FA 124 $50,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
