ORDINANCE NO. (0 1 19 -7+% <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $41,300.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY RE- <br />FERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT, TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Fire <br />Protection to ensure this Department's ability to properly per- <br />form its functions during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $41,300.00 ishereby appropriated <br />for the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is <br />to be administered by the Bureau of Fire Protection and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 123 <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT <br />Account Description Amount <br />722.0 Motor Equipment $25,300.00 <br />724.0 Radio Equipment 16,000.00 <br />Total 700 Account $41,300.00 <br />Total FA 123 $41,300.00 <br />SECTION II.
