NO. )� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $205,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY RE- <br />FERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />THE WHITE WATER RAPIDS CONSTRUCTION, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Human Resources to ensure this Department's ability to properly <br />perform its functions during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $205,000.00 is hereby appro- <br />priated _ for the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />This appropriation is to be administered by the Department <br />of Human Resources and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 126 <br />WHITE WATER RAPIDS CONSTRUCTION <br />Account Description Amount <br />640.0 White Water Rapids $205,000.00 <br />Total 600 Account $205,000.00 <br />Total FA 126 $205,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
