I (We), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make applica- tion and petition the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to amend the zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend as hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: 1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: The southeast corner of the intersection of Chippewa and Michigan Streets, South Bend, Indiana. 2. The property is owned by: Hazlitt Corporation, an Indiana corporation. 3. A legal description of the property is as follows: Lot A and Lot 37 as shown on Second Plat of Chippewa Heights Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. Lot 38 as shown on the Second Plat of Chippewa Heights Addition to City of South Bend, Indiana - Excepting there from the following: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 38 - thence running East 150 feet, thence Southwesterly parallel with Michigan Street to South line of said Lot 38 - to Southwest corner thereof; thence Northeasterly along the Easterly line of Michigan Street to place of beginning.
